It is a fusion of a VHH that binds to human IgG and rabbit IgG with high affinity & specificity, and one AP molecule. Note that AP will dimerize. This product uses recombinant, animal-production free Alkaline-Phosphatase, expressed as fusion-protein with the VHH in E.Coli.

DescriptionAlkaline Phosphatase allows for a broader range enzymatic detection compared to HRP. The VHH format delivers excellent specificity, with no cross-reactivity against serum proteins from other species.
