プロテインテックで人気の高いモノクローナル抗体およびポリクローナル抗体に蛍光色素CoraLite Plus 488、CoraLite 555、CoraLite 594、CoraLite Plus 647を直接標識した抗体を販売しています。 二次抗体を使用することなく、マルチプレックス（多重）免疫蛍光染色を実施できる最適なツールです。

CoraLite®（コーラライト）は、プロテインテック独自の蛍光色素で、光安定性に優れ、蛍光の漏れ込み（ブリードスルー）を最小限に抑えた色素であるため、2種類以上の蛍光色素の組み合わせを容易にします。 より柔軟なマルチプレックス（多重）染色のために、多くの一次抗体で複数のCoraLite®標識体を提供しています。
CoraLite®蛍光色素は、一般的に広く用いられているAlexa Fluor®蛍光色素と同等の明るさを示します。 重複する蛍光スペクトル領域が最小限であり、共局在を調べる際にそれぞれの蛍光色素を同時に使用できます。 一連のCoraLite®標識一次抗体を使用すれば、迅速かつ簡便にIFによる多重染色が可能になります。
