IP of GRP75 by anti-mouse IgG3 magnetic VHH agarose (mIG3ma) using an anti-GRP75 monoclonal IgG3. As control, a IgG3 isotype control antibody (PTG: 66360-4-Ig) was used (BISO). 5 µg of each IgG was spiked into HEK293T cell lysate derived from 1x10^7 cells. 0.5% of input (IN) and flow through (FT) and 15% of bound (B) fraction was loaded onto an SDS-PAGE gel. For Western blot analysis GRP75 was detected using a polyclonal rabbit IgG (PTG: 14887-1-AP) (1:5000) labeled with FlexAble HRP (KFA005).
