  • Co-IP  using Strep-NanoTrap Agarose followed by multiplexed WB of StrepTag-AurKinB, CDC37, and HSP090AB1 proteins from untransfected (mock) HEK293T cells and HEK293T cells transfected with StrepTag-Aurora Kinase B construct. WB analysis was done on samples from the Input (I), Flow-through (F) and Bound (B) fractions of the IP. For the WB analysis, StrepTag was detected using an Anti-StrepTag DY-649 antibody, CDC37 was detected with an Anti-CDC37 Monoclonal Antibody (66420-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 750 Antibody Labeling Kit for Mouse IgG2a (KFA044), and HSP90AB1 was detected using an Anti-HSP90AB1 Monoclonal Antibody (67450-1-Ig) labeled with FlexAble CoraLite Plus 488 Antibody Labeling Kit for Mouse IgG2b (KFA061).

The Strep-NanoTrap binds to both N- and C-terminally linked TwinStrepTag proteins with higher affinity than the competitor product. WB analysis additionally indicates that all TwinStrepTagged material is sucessfully eluted in the Bound (B) fraction, with little to no material left in the Flow-Through (F).
