    WB analysis using 31527-1-AP (same clone as 31527-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31527-1-AP (RBP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31527-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Retinol-binding protein 2 (RBP2) also known as CRBP2, CRBP-II, is an abundant 134-residue protein confined largely to the small intestinal enterocyte. It is thought to participate in the uptake and/or intracellular metabolism of vitamin A(PMID: 3029082).
