Non-treated HeLa cells and paclitaxel treated HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87869-3-RR (Phospho-CBX3 (Ser93) antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Beta Actin (66009-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87869-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

1x10^6 HeLa cells untreated (dashed lines) or treated with paclitaxel which intracellularly stained with 0.13 ug Phospho-CBX3 (Ser93) Recombinant monoclonal antibody (87869-3-RR, Clone:260091A2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.13 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Phosphorylated Protein Fixation/Permeabilization Kit (PF00026). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87869-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
