    WB analysis using 30657-1-AP (same clone as 30657-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30657-1-AP (PTGIR antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30657-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Prostaglandin I2 receptor (PTGIR), also known as IP, is a seven-transmembrane receptor that binds G proteins leading to activation of adenylyl cyclase and an increase in cAMP formation. PTGIR is involved in insulin secretion in pancreatic beta-cells and in permselectivity in glomerular podocytes.
