    1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug CoraLite® Plus 555 Anti-Human CDK2 (CL555-10122' target='_blank'>CL555-10122) (red), or 0.5 ug CL555 Rabbit Isotype Control(CL555-30000)(blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
