Background
Recombinant Human FGF-10 is a highly purified paracrine growth factor optimized for the expansion and structural maturation of complex 3D organoid cultures. By signaling through the FGFR2b receptor, this recombinant protein mimics the native mesenchymal niche to drive the robust proliferation, survival, and long-term self-renewal of epithelial progenitor cells. Essential for recapitulating authentic tissue architecture in vitro, Human FGF-10 actively stimulates localized epithelial budding and branching morphogenesis. It is an indispensable, bioactive media supplement for high-performance branching and glandular models, including distal lung, prostate, mammary, and gastrointestinal organoids.
