  • Fluorescence microscopy of HeLa cells, transiently expressing Vimentin-mNeonGreen (green) and the mNeonGreen-Chromobody-(mCherry) (red). Nuclei are stained with DAPI (cyan). 
Green and red fluorescent signals co-localize in co-transfected cells, indicating enrichment of the Chromobody at the mNeonGreen-positive structures. Confocal images were were acquired with a 63x oil objective and post-processed.
