    WB analysis using 55381-1-AP (same clone as 55381-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55381-1-AP (ZNFX1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55381-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

NFX1-type zinc finger-containing 1 (ZNFX1) is a highly conserved interferon-stimulated double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) sensor that restricts the replication of RNA viruses in mice and contributes to transgeneration inheritance in Caenorhabditis elegans by binding to mRNA complexed with short, noncoding RNAs.
