    WB analysis using 68347-1-Ig (same clone as 68347-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68347-1-Ig (ZNF266 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68347-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ZNF266, also named as HZF1, was expressed in ubiquitous tissues and various hematopoietic cell lines. Expression of ZNF266 in K562 cells was increased after being induced by hemin or phorbol myristate acetate (PMA), suggesting that HZF1 play important roles in erythroid and megakaryocytic differentiation.
