  • Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with Biotin-60330 (Biotin-conjugated Vimentin Monoclonal antibody) and HRP-PF00030 (Streptavidin antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  • The antibodies (Biotin-98145-4、Biotin-FcA98138、Biotin-98051) were diluted 5-fold from an initial concentration of 2 ug/mL over 8 points on the plate that had been coated with the antigen, The plate was incubated at 37℃ for 1 hour, wash the plate three times. For the detection, HRP-PE00030: lot#21026977 was used at 1/2000 dilution (100 uL/well), followed by incubation for 1h at 37°C.

Product Information

Streptavidin-HRP Conjugate (HRP-PF00030) is the product of conjugating Streptavidin (SA) to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). This highly sensitive detector combination can be used for the detection of biotin-labeled antibodies, nucleic acids, proteins, or other biotin-labeled molecules for specific applications including Western, ELISA, IHC, etc. The recommended dilutions of Streptavidin-HRP Conjugate (HRP-PF00030) for various routine applications are shown in the Suggested Dilution Range part, and should be adjusted according to the actual experimental procedures.
