    WB analysis using 85626-1-RR (same clone as 85626-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85626-1-RR (SOCS4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85626-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

SOCS4 contains a SH2 domain and a SOCS BOX domain, and belongs to Suppressors of cytokine signaling (SOCS) family. SOCS family members are known to be cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling.
