Background Information
SH3TC2, also named as KIAA1985, contains 1 SH3 domain and TPR repeats. Defects in SH3TC2 are the cause of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 4C (CMT4C) [MIM:601596]. The antibody can recognize al the isoforms except isoform4 of SHSTC2.
