    WB analysis using 87128-4-RR (same clone as 87128-4-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 87128-4-RR (PSMC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87128-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Immunofluorescence (IF) / fluorescent staining of HepG2 cells using PSMC3 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (87128-4-RR)

    IF Staining of HepG2 using 87128-4-RR (same clone as 87128-4-PBS)

    Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using PSMC3 antibody (87128-4-RR, Clone: 252375C1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 87128-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Affinity of 87128-4-RR

    Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 87128-4-RR against Human PSMC3 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
