    WB analysis of U-937 using 13651-1-AP (same clone as 13651-1-PBS)

    U-937 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13651-1-AP (PRAM1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13651-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

PRAM1, also named as PML-RARA-regulated adapter molecule 1, is a 718 amino acid protein, which contains 1 SH3 domain. PRAM1 is expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes and bone marrow. It is not expressed in non hematopoietic tissues except in lung. PRAM1 may be involved in myeloid differentiation and integrin signaling in neutrophils.
