Background Information
PCMTD2 (Protein-L-isoaspartate O-methyltransferase domain-containing protein 2) has also been linked to various disease states including neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer. CUL5 E3 ligase complex can target CD247 and IL2RB through its adaptor protein PCMTD2. PCMTD2 is expressed in pigmented layer of retina.
