Background
TCB1(T-cell receptor beta-1 chain C region) is one of the constant regions of T cell receptor (TR) beta chain and includes V (variable), J (joining), diversity (D), and C (constant) segments. TCB1 is synthesized through DNA-level recombination events during T cell development and is involved in antigen recognition and immune response of T cells.
