Tested Applications
| Positive WB detected in | mouse spleen tissue, mouse thymus tissue |
| Positive IHC detected in | human lymphoma tissue Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0 |
Recommended dilution
| Application | Dilution |
|---|---|
| Western Blot (WB) | WB : 1:200-1:1000 |
| Immunohistochemistry (IHC) | IHC : 1:50-1:500 |
| It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results. | |

Background Information
MSC, also named as Musculin, is a 206 amino acid protein, which contains 1 bHLH (basic helix-loop-helix) domain. MSC localizes in the nucleus and as a transcription repressor is capable of inhibiting the transactivation capability of TCF3/E47. MSC may play a role in regulating antigen-dependent B-cell differentiation.
