Background Information
ERVMER34 (also known as ERVMER34-1) is a human endogenous retrovirus (ERV) envelope protein that has attracted much attention in tumor immunotherapy research in recent years. It is significantly highly expressed in a variety of solid tumors, including colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, and endometrial cancer.
