Background Information
MEI1 may play a role in meiosis during spermatogenesis. It is required for normal meiotic chromosome synapsis. MEI1 may be involved in the formation of meiotic double-strand breaks (DSBs) in spermatocytes. This antibody recognizes isoform 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 of MEI1 gene with MW 141 kDa, 67-72 kDa,49-54 kDa and 26 kDa .
