FH Melanie (Verified Customer) (04-22-2022) | LPCAT2 antibody was diluted 1:1500 in 5% milk in TBST and applied to protein samples from Hek293T cells. The bands were very clear. The antibody could have been diluted even more.

FH Christian (Verified Customer) (12-18-2018) | 10 μg protein per lane run on 10% Tris-Glycine gel. Primary incubation 1:400 overnight @ 4°C. Secondary antibody and biotinylated marker were supplied from a different vendor and used and used at optimized dilutions.LPCAT2 siRNA was used to check antibody specificity.The antibody performed excellently, will try at a dilution of 1:800 next time.
