1x10^6 LPS treated RAW 264.7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse IL1-alpha Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98052-1-RR, Clone:240431G10) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98052-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98052-1-RR against Mouse IL-1 alpha were performed. The affinity constant is 0.495 nM.
