    1X10^6 human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with 5 ul CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated Anti-Human HLA-DR (CL647-65218, Clone: L243) (blue) or isotype control antibody (black). Cells were not fixed.

Tested Applications

Positive FC detected inhuman peripheral blood lymphocytes
For other applications, we recommend the unconjugated version of this antibody, 65218-1-Ig
