    WB analysis using 84587-1-RR (same clone as 84587-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84587-1-RR (GPR45 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84587-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 84587-1-RR (GPR45 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84587-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

GPR45 (G-protein coupled receptor 45) is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family. Members of this protein family contain seven putative transmembrane domains and may mediate signaling processes to the interior of the cell via activation of heterotrimeric G proteins. GPR45 may function in the central nervous system.
