  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of HEK-293 cells using GCSH Recombinant antibody (83012-5-RR)

    WB analysis of HEK-293 using 83012-5-RR (same clone as 83012-5-PBS)

    HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83012-5-RR (GCSH antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83012-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
