Product Information

Macrophages are effector cells of the innate immune system and play a major role in the immune response. Under different microenvironment conditions, macrophages can polarize into M1 (classically activated) and M2 (alternatively activated) macrophages.

This panel is designed for the investigation of mouse macrophages (CD11b+/F4/80+) and for the further investigation of the polarization of M1 and M2 macrophages.

Storage

Storage Buffer: PBS with 0.09% sodium azide and 0.5% BSA.

Usage

The suggested use is 0.1-0.25 ug of each antibody per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension or 0.1-0.25 ug of each antibody per 100 µl of whole blood.
