Background Information

Protein-serine/threonine and protein-tyrosine kinases (PSK and PTK) comprise two major classes of protein kinases. They provide a key switch dictating the dynamic nature and graded regulation of signal transduction pathway activities in cellular organization. DSTYK is a members of the RIP serine/threonine kinase family which involved in activation of NF-KB, JNK, and p38, and induction of apoptosis. This antibody is specific to DSTYK.
