  • Western Blot (WB) analysis of various lysates using DSC3 Recombinant antibody (83386-5-RR)

    WB analysis using 83386-5-RR (same clone as 83386-5-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83386-5-RR (DSC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83386-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining of mouse skin tissue using DSC3 Recombinant antibody (83386-5-RR)

    IHC staining of mouse skin using 83386-5-RR (same clone as 83386-5-PBS)

    Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse skin tissue slide using 83386-5-RR (DSC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83386-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Immunofluorescence (IF) / fluorescent staining of A431 cells using DSC3 Recombinant antibody (83386-5-RR)
