Background Information
Disrupted-in-schizophrenia 1 (DISC1) is a genetic susceptibility factor for schizophrenia and related severe psychiatric conditions, with several tranlation isoforms. DIISC1 isoforms have distinct developmental patterns of expression. This antibody bind both short and long isoforms of DISC1.
