This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84302-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of HeLa cells using CRLS1-Specific Recombinant monoclonal antibody (84302-2-RR)

    FC experiment of HeLa using 84302-2-RR (same clone as 84302-2-PBS)

    1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CRLS1-Specific Recombinant antibody (84302-2-RR, Clone:241192D1) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84302-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
