    WB analysis using 31565-1-AP (same clone as 31565-1-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31565-1-AP (COMTD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31565-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

COMTD1 is associated with mitochondrial fractions of several cell types. COMTD1 is ubiquitously expressed in humans and mice but is expressed most highly in the gall bladder, small intestine, parathyroid gland, and renal tubes of the kidney (PMID: 37068079).
