Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CDK8 antibody (83621-6-RR, Clone: 240598G9 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83621-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

1x10^6 Caco-2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CDK8 Recombinant antibody (83621-6-RR, Clone:240598G9) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83621-6-RR against Human CDK8 were performed. The affinity constant is 12.5 nM.
