    FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL405-65235

    1X10^6 PHA-treated (day 3) human PBMCs were surface stained with 5 ul CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human CD71 (CL405-65235, Clone:OKT9) (red) or unstained (blue). The black dashed line indicates unactivated PBMCs surface stained with 5 ul CoraLite® Plus 405 Anti-Human CD71. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
