    FC experiment of Mouse splenic leucocytes using 98212-1-RR (same clone as 98212-1-PBS)

    1x10^6 untreated or LPS treated mouse splenic leukocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD70 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98212-1-RR, Clone: 241553F2) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98212-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    1x10^6 LPS treated mouse splenic leukocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD70 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98212-1-RR, Clone: 241553F2) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). 1x10^6 LPS treated Mouse splenic leucocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD70 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98212-1-RR, Clone: 241553F2) (black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98212-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

    Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98212-1-RR

    Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98212-1-RR against Mouse CD70 were performed. The affinity constant is 37.8 pM.
