  • Flow cytometry (FC) experiment of human PBMCs using Anti-Human CD207 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98368-2-RR)

    FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98368-2-RR (same clone as 98368-2-PBS)

    1x10^6 unstreated or GM-CSF, IL-4 and TGF-β treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD207 Rabbit RecAb (98368-2-RR, Clone:242303C1) and PE-Conjugated Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD1a (HI149) (APC-65172, Clone: HI149). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98368-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
