    FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98480-1-RR (same clone as 98480-1-PBS)

    1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or CCL8/MCP-2-transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CCL8/MCP-2 Rabbit RecAb (98480-1-RR, Clone: 250174H6) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98480-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
