Background Information
Caspase recruitment domain family member 11 (CARD11) belongs to the CARD protein family; it can bind with B-cell CLL/lymphoma 10 and activate the inflammation-associated nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) signaling pathway. Furthermore, CARD11 also acts as a scaffold protein to assist the assembly of multiprotein signaling molecules in the plasma membrane. (PMID: 31939627, PMID: 29928437)
