    WB analysis of MCF-7 using 22858-1-AP (same clone as 22858-1-PBS)

    MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22858-1-AP (BMP10 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 22858-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
