ARHGAP4 (Rho GTPase-Activating Protein 4), also named as KIAA0131, RGC1, RHOGAP4, is a member of the RhoGAP family, which regulates Rho GTPases by accelerating their hydrolysis of GTP to GDP, thereby inactivating these signaling molecules. Rho GTPases are critical regulators of cytoskeletal dynamics, cell motility, and intracellular trafficking.
