    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82970-1-RR (ANO4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82970-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ANO4, also named as TMEM16D, belongs to the anoctamin family. ANO4 is primarily expressed in the central nervous system and certain endocrine glands, and it has been linked to a variety of neurological disorders (PMID: 36836529). The antibody recognize the isoform1 and isoform2 of ANO4.
