    WB analysis using 86006-4-RR (same clone as 86006-4-PBS)

    Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86006-4-RR (Angptl4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86006-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

ANGPTL4 was first identified in adipose tissue and later found to be widely expressed in several tissues including the liver, skeletal muscle, small intestine, placenta, heart, and kidney. ANGPTL4 expression was first identified to be regulated by peroxisome proliferator-activator receptors (PPARs), PPARα and PPARγ.
