The mean ABCA1 concentration was determined to be 26.47 ng/mL in THP-1 cell extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load, 15.96 ng/mL in HaCaT cell extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load, 15.79 ng/mL in HEK-293 cell extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load and 7.79 ng/mL in mouse brain extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load.

The mean ABCA1 concentration was determined to be 31.41 ng/mL in HL-60 cell extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load, 19.14 ng/mL in Calu-3 cell extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load and 19.22 ng/mL in SH-SY5Y cell extract based on a 1.20 mg/mL extract load.
