Immunofluorescence is observed in mice cilia but is not restricted to the inversin compartment. Dilution has to be adjusted for WB since there are few bands.

  • Applications: Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry
  • Primary Antibody Dilution: 1/100 immunofluoresecence mice. 1/1000 WB dog
  • Cell Tissue Type: mouce parrafin sections (immunoflorescence). MDCK cells (Western blot)
